Heat Loss Calculation
Following the site visit, our contractor will conduct a heat loss calculation to determine the maximum heat loss of your property.
This assessment is essential for selecting the most suitable heat pump system tailored to your needs. It can be based on architectural drawings of your property or created by the contractor during the site visit.
Before proceeding with the selection and design of any heat pump, this crucial step ensures that the chosen system aligns accurately with the heat demand of your property.
Contract & Payment
This contract outlines the installation of an air source heat pump system at the specified property. The scope of work includes but is not limited to equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
Once all adjustments stemming from the technical visit and scaffolding quotations are finalized, we proceed to draft a contract for your review, signature, and return to us.
Our payment structure is segmented into three stages as follows:
Stage 1: Deposit - Payable upon order confirmation.
Stage 2: Advance Payment - Due 14 days before the scheduled installation.
Stage 3: Final Payment - Settled upon completion of the installation.
